Notified the front desk of beeping smoke alarm, and clogged sink & toilet. Towels are old and torn. Toilet and shower are stained. Checked in late due to family emergency, and told front desk of issues when checking out with not even an apology or thank you for notifying us. All we received was her telling her employee “did you get that?” I hope never to have to return to this location.

The staff was very nice and inviting but the rooms are gross. The sink was clogged, the toilet and tub was the worst, towels were dirty. Overall i was super disgusted.

Absolutely the worse place I’ve stayed at. Been here for just a few hours. Hardly any breakfast, toilet was dirty, and the staff is sitting in the back room laughing and talking inappropriate. Rude staff without a doubt and I’ve booked for 3 days.
