Springs Ridge A - 2BR/2BA - Lakeside Property

Treat your self to a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom 2 bath home at beautiful Buffalo Springs Lake. This location is perfect for a quick lake vacation or relaxing stay. This house features one king bed, new queen bunk bed, high quality couches, a 45-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The driveway can fit 1-2 vehicles and you will be located right on the lake!

**This is a secondary house to the main residence.**

Each of the two bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains a king bed set. The second bedroom has two queen beds in them. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor.

The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allow for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 45-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling. While there is no dining room the kitchen bar has barstools to enjoy your meals.

The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay.

The backyard is off limits, but feel free to enjoy the Buffalo Springs Marina and several hiking, camping, and community areas during your stay.

This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

All parts of the house are available for guest use, with the exception of the cleaners closet.

The main house is another Airbnb, so it is off-limits.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

Buffalo Ridge is located in the sought after Buffalo Springs neighborhood. This area is very safe and well established, it is located about twenty minutes to the city of Lubbock. The pavilion is a short drive away, and hiking trails, boating, and camping are all with in a reasonable distance.

The house is located on Comanche Drive which is connected to the Pony Express Trail. This road will take you all the way down to the Marina or back up to the highway. Parking is always available in the driveway and will fit 2-3 cars.

Upon entry to the neighborhood, there will be a required fee of $ for each time entering the property. Please keep this in mind when booking.

If you have a need for a long-term stay, this property is perfect for your needs. Contact us through messaging so that we can get you the best rate and save you some money.
- No Pets!! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
