Very warm welcome and the manager on duty was very accommodating to our needs. Cleaning staff was very helpful also. Hotel was very quiet and respectable. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend staying here as i would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

Needs to improve.
But tired now and worn. Sadly service wasn’t pleasant. Very restricted and too basic a menu after 8pm with nothing for kids.

Great post hol stay
Our stay for one night was very good and just what we needed after a 6 hour late flight. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in all areas.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The hotel is clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was warm. The hotel is a walking distance to Luton airport
