I loved staying here. The staff was so welcoming and made us breakfast in the morning! It was clean and comfortable.

One night is more than enough in the hotel.
The only good things were the customer service and the location, but the for the rest, definitely not what expected. Hotel rooms and bedrooms were dirty, with old towels with hairs, mosquitoes all over the room, and dust everywhere. One night is more than enough in the hotel. Breakfast was very limited and with flies all over.

Scary good view. Clean with execlllent sound proofing. Bonus, an elevator. Had super early passes to machupicchu so they packed us a lunch since we would be leaving before breakfast.

Lovely view from our room, nice bed, no hot water. Disappointed that we could not have a later check out by two hours without being charged (check out is 10 am, wanted to have the room until noon). They wanted 80 sol. We were told that we could store our bags with reception in the morning before we left for Machu Picchu but there was no one at the desk. I would pick somewhere different to stay next time.

Staff was amazing and even held out luggage until we got back from Machu Picchu. WiFi wasn’t too strong and didn’t quite make it up to the room but was available in the common area. Tea was available all day and breakfast was veryyyy good!
