Wonderful location and beautiful rooms. Walkable to many attractions and directly next to a Metro station. Great views from the rooms, and very kind staff. Great buffet breakfast as well!

The receptionist was terrible attitude and the room services bad , I called for services nobody answer the phone . The blanket was dirty with hair and room sticks really bad experience I would not recommend at all.

The Barcelona Torre de Madrid is in a fabulous location. So many excellent places are in easy walking distance, whilst there is a metro station incredibly close to the hotel. The staff were incredibly obliging, whilst the room size was superior to other Madrid and Barcelona hotels previously stayed in. The decor is plain and contemporary. The breakfast was superlative and will set you up admirably for a full day of walking. Absolutely recommended.

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.
