Great Hotel just renew and looks fantastic, great prize as well!! The best the hotel Is in the gran via so it’s super walkable and great stores are there .

We were able to get a high-rise room facing the front of the hotel and the view was spectacular! I had wanted to laundry some of my clothes since I was traveling all over Europe but they were unable to do it since apparently the staff was a on national holiday? The room was spacious and clean. Staff was mediocre.

Overall the place was great! Only HUGE downfall was that due to the “winter season” there’s no A/C in the rooms, you have 3 options 1. heat it up 2. Go with the vent… basically the same as option 1 or 3. Open the window… which translates to: noise (sirens) and or light since the amazing blackouts would prevent the air from flowing. We stayed 2 nights and since we had stayed before we were expecting the same experience… you would expect that due to the low temps the rooms would be chilly but you would be wrong. This would be the truly only down side, the rest is simply AMAZING, clean, excellent location, good food, good room service, awesome roof top, a win if you don’t mind the temps

We selected a higher room and got a fantastic view from the 15th floor. Breakfast was good and well organised (it's a BIG hotel). The view from the rooftop bar is excellent.
