This hotel is located just a few meters away from Plaza de España, making it extremely convenient for those visiting Madrid as tourists, for business, or attending events. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with daily cleaning service and very friendly staff. Regarding the breakfast, I believe it is unparalleled. My wife and I travel quite frequently for business, and I must say that even in the best hotels of large chains, while the breakfast is plentiful, it's not made with love. In this hotel, for breakfast, you can enjoy both the typical Spanish specialties (which are very good) and the classic English breakfast or any other type of sweet or savory breakfast. The ladies in charge of breakfast are absolutely fantastic and make you feel at home with hugs and 'cuddles' that we have never found anywhere else. At the reception, all the staff are very amiable and polite. An important note, on my birthday, they left me a greeting card and a gift that I really appreciated and left me speechless."

7days stay AMAZING!
Stayed here for 7days and it was great. Before this, we stayed at 2 other hotels for the first part of our trip and by far this is the best hotel we've stayed at. Hotel is clean, free breakfast walking distance to Royal Palace. It has kitchen in case you want to do some quick cooking. Housekeeping is always on point♥️ Will stay here again in the future and strongly recommend it.

We loved this beautiful spacious hotel located within a short walk of all major attractions. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and served each a.m. hot and fresh. The rooms were overall comfortable and had full kitchens so we saved money by making our own food. My only complaint is that the mattresses and pillows could use a replacement but otherwise the staff was wonderful and we would stay here again!
