Sitting on a 1 acre waterfront lot in Darnley, is this spectacular 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage. Enjoy incredible views of Malpeque Harbour and Cabot Provincial Park, which is only a 5 minute drive away, go out to eat at the Malpeque Oyster Barn in the harbour, or enjoy a beautiful beach day at Thunder Cove Beach which is a short 10 minute drive away. Take in a round of golf at one of many incredible courses located on the North Shore, including Darnley Greens which is only 10 minutes away. This cottage is on a private lane and when sitting out front you can enjoy complete privacy away from any neighbours.

This is a spacious open concept cottage that is 1250 square feet with a loft. There is ample amount of space to enjoy outside, including the wrap around porch on the water side, and a covered porch at the back.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs in the loft. Each room has a king size bed and ceiling fans. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Each has a hair dryer and a supply of towels and wash cloths.
