This is a great hotel. My room was laid out in an interesting way that maximized space and created a separate work area, which was useful. Some really nice touches throughout, like the large industrial bathroom sink. The vibe is a little bit hipster/cool, but even if you are not so cool (like me), you will feel very comfortable, welcome, and happy.

Affordable luxury
So impressed with this hotel. Ideal location in the city centre, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and excellent service. It felt like a luxury stay at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely stay again.

Saturday night stay
First time staying here at Hotel Brooklyn. Very nice room, plenty of room and great facilities. The reception area and bar were very welcoming and modern. My only gripe was during breakfast a server dropped a jar of yogurt - showering myself and another guest in the contents of. I know it was an accident but didn’t leave feeling great. Couldn’t changed my clothes as we had packed and ready to check out, therefore, spent the day in my yogurt stained jeans and jumper. I know these things can happen but would’ve been nice to have been offered a room extension or even a damp towel to blot out the stains.

Anniversary Trip
The hotel looks very devious, to look from the outside it looks just like a restaurant/bar, but once checked in and into our room, it was beautiful, especially the bathroom and was spacious. Next door to Canal St, so was perfect for our stay, not far from the train station and staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again

Liked that the hotel decor was bit different to the standard hotel. Bit different but not cheesy. Particularly the room set up was fab. Loved the bed being at an angle which worked so well with the view out the window! Room decor was great! Had a really cool feel, loved the street scene wallpaper. Really nice touch it had a fridge. Bathroom was also great. Had a fantastic shower. Staff have very good service, check in and out was super quick and efficient. Location is excellent. Only thing that we found a little off putting was the dj in the hotel bar that was very loud and bit off putting if you want a quiet drink before or after you’ve been out.
