Clean room. Excellent service. Although the main pool was not accessible, the other pools were. Restaurant was clean with great service. Nothing negative to say about the whole experience.

Booked thia hotel on the budget ($74/night without breakfast), i guess you can say you get what you paid for. Beautiful lobby with wonderful view of BGC. The room, however, is not good. We were on the 14th floor, the window to look out is dirty and has brown stains on it. Dust bunnies under the desk. Shower knob is falling out of the wall. Yes, my room also had a moisture related issue (mold?). Only bathroom trash is taken out daily but not the rest of the room eventhough we put them near the door. They kept throwing out our towels (on the rack and used once) without replacing it. So we have to call for them to be replace daily, service desk is quick to response. They also threw out our hotel slippers after the first night, good thing we brought an extra pair with us. Overall, its location is the best for moving around BGC. It is definitely over hyped on expedia/google from our experience. I would pay a bit more for another nearby hotel.
