Convenient location and very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and the breakfast selection was excellent. Just a shame that the room upgrade was not available. Expedia needs to look into this, as rarely have I been able to take advantage of this supposed 'perk'. Hotels should provide an alternative should a room upgrade not be available.

The place is clean and tidy. There is an ongoing refurbishment work ongoing. Swimming pool is closed for improvement. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I didn't like the surrounding areas outside the hotel.

Hotel is under renovation, so the fitness center and the pool are currently closed. Everything else was great. Walking distance to the US embassy, beach, and Robinsons mall, that has lots of food options to choose from.
