Terrible experience! The reception was abysmal, and I had to wait for my room for a whopping 3 hours. The service was utterly disappointing, with no apology or effort to rectify the situation. Would not recommend this hotel.

Should be called the hard c**k Hotel with the amount of prostitutes loitering at the bar.. shameful… As for the service well that’s another story.. 1-10 for food.. cold buffet and aweful meat a waste of 70euro… Breakfast is not much better, the cheap of cheap… Then ask for replenishment of tea and coffee in the room to be told no, we’re low classed as we only have a superior room… Not a suite… well I’ve never been made to feel so worthless over a teabag… Never Again… Headoffice will be advised…

Not Hard Rock
This is the 3rd Hard Rock hotel we have stayed at. We booked for New Years Eve only to find out that the ONLY entertainment the night was the Gala Dinner at €290 each. The only other live music in the entire hotel finished around 8pm. I have to say, had we known this to be the case we would have stayed in one of the other many hotels in the area. Hard Rock is supposed to ooze music and atmosphere throughout, I cannot say how disappointing this was - zero effort unless we were prepared to pay an extra €580 on top of what we had already paid As consolation we were told for €80 each we could join the Gala Even at midnight, this somewhat misses the point of a New Years Eve party where the pre-midnight fun and anticipation are so important Really disappointing and will never visit this hotel again
