Beautiful views excellent food
Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here.

A ruined new years. The hotel recommended its partner restaurant, cappuccino as a casual place to eat as we didn’t want the fanfare. When we went to eat at 8pm the were not even open. So we went back to the horror hotel that refused to serve us bc the kitchen closed at 8 and it was 8:12. Never again.

Wonderful service
I visited this wonderful hotel to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday, and we were so pleased with the overall service. This hotel is truly a gem! The decor is stylish and the gardens and pool area were so well maintained. The hospitality staff were truly amazing and made my sister and i feel so welcomed and special. We send our sincere thanks to Isabel who was an exceptional host and always made time to stop and chat to all the guests. And the whole hospitality team, including our waiters Flores and Sylvia who always went above and beyond to serve us at breakfast. Such wonderful service. Thank you Gran Melia!
