Very Friendly & Spotlessly Clean
1. Excellent service, all staff were very friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast is good and the content changes during your stay. 3. Riad Marraplace is slightly more tired than it appears in the photos, but it's immaculately clean, has lots of character, good aircon and reliable hot water. 4. Definitely book their airport shuttle service. You'll never find the riad without it.

Everything you need in one place
Before arriving to Marrakesh, Marraplace had already made contact to welcome us ahead of our visit. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The room was extremely clean, modern and every decor thought of. The breakfast was so yummy and fresh and would eat it on the rooftop terrace with brilliant views of the city. Abbas, Karim and the man I did not catch his name couldn’t do any more for us. They were so accommodating and genuinely cared. Finally, the location is very central. You are literally 3mins walk from Jemma el fnaa (we timed it) Would I come back to stay? 100% yes!

We loved staying here. Very close to everything. Staff, especially Abdel Karim was really friendly and co operative. You feel like you are home. It could be a little noisy if you want to sleep in but overall it was quiet and peaceful. Extras like bottled water and fruits were a nice touch. Overall very well managed and maintained.

Overall decent
Overall i was happy with my stay, however when digging a bit deeper a few slight issues were present, the water was warm at best in the shower, some of the fixtures were not well fitted (bathroom taps loose) and because i had a room on the top floor i was distrubed a few times because the chairs on the upstairs roof were metal on tial and made a lot of noise, i cant however fault the staff

The Riad is beautiful and very convenient for the main square. Having said that, it’s quiet and we felt safe walking back to it at night. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was taken on the roof terrace affording fabulous views of the city. Rooms very nice and had heating which is good if you’re travelling in Winter. Definitely will return here.

Overall really great and awesome experience. The team at Riad Marraplace were very welcoming and super helpful during the stay. They even prepare the best breakfast every morning super delicious! We always look forward to it.They help out with our stay at the agafay dessert and recommended great additional activity tour or packages. Area is very near to shops and eateries. Really convenient. Will definitely come back and stay here again
