The hotel was very filthy. People smoke in room. There was no hot water supple. Staff do no speak English. This hotel should be take off the list. It gives false impression. Very noisy

Stay away!
Staff do not speak English and don't help. During my dinner, a big rat came into the dining room and crossed it. No services, everything dirty and cheasy.
