The key is the location, prime spot next to Haram. Team is friendly and helpful. Room condition is below average but this is expected because of the high use and fully booked property. The pain is in the elevators . Busy almost all the time. Breakfast was very good . Internet is patchy

Property near Haram which is good but access not clear. No signage on main roads. Friendly staff. Inadequate number of staff at front desk. No brief about the elevators banks network. Map required. Number of Elevators is inadequate to the huge number of gusts attending at least 6 hotels in same complex.
