This hotel is mediocre at best. They completed some really nice renovations however, the cleaners don’t get into the corners or behind door doors, etc. and dirt is really starting to build up in those areas. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights while renovations were underway at the house we just purchased. I was shocked when I requested the sheets to be changed and the. Front desk clerk told me that she would see if the cleaners had time and that they don’t normally change sheets for such a booking. In the end they did change them, but her tone was very disrespectful

Room for second night was not ready. Changed room. Moved from ground level to second floor was very difficult for impaired wife. Then you charged me more for the room! Unacceptable. We will not be staying at Wyndham properties as we now begin our visiting throughout the US...
