Not sure why but the beds although comfortable cause both my partner and I to sweat and heat up a lot, even with the cooler on it was a restless sleep. Everything else was enjoyable an pleasant and the staff even helped located certain places we were looking for

Good location downtown. Across the street from the Melbourne Skywalk. Short drive to the Botanical Gardens. Breakfast was not fabulous but it was good. People were friendly. Room was small but adequate and comfortable. Overall a good stay.
