Most staff were lovely; friendly, efficient, accommodating, well groomed and communicative . That includes the maintenance man Oz , waiting staff in the breakfast area and porters both upstairs and in the ground floor area. Couldn’t be more helpful. I did feel embarrassed trying to get breakfast as I was told I’d checked out when I hadn’t so it took awhile to sort that out. Probably worth checking the power system in what is an older hotel . Two of my party changed rooms as the lights in the original room either couldn’t go on or couldn’t be turned off. My TV wasn’t working but that was fixed promptly. The staff are doing their very best. It was a safe, comfortable place to stay . Thank you.

I had a wonderful time here. The room was lovely, the black out curtains were amazing, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were so nice and accommodating.
