The property is old and run down, the air conditioning not able to handle the hot Melbourne days and the options to resolve limited. Disappointed with our stay - the only saving grace was the close proximity to the AO tennis precinct.

The king one bedroom suite was excellent. Very spacious and great you have a mini kitchen as well. Highly recommend. Great amenities too!!

The buffet was very disappointing. Limited food and often ran out of options or topping up. hardly any fruit, waiting for service in the kitchen for omelettes. Cooks seemed stressed due to heavy workload. On Sunday no pastries or fruit at 10am!
