Great location for city weekend
Great location. Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff who assisted with making sure I had a quiet room. Hotel is a bit of a maze and sadly I didn't get to check out the pool. Parking is available but quite costly.

Loved the convenient location and it felt like a safe area with my daughter. Vics bar had a lovely ambience as did the dining and coffee area Our room was clean however there was very little natural light giving the room a dark and dingy feel. Both windows looked onto walls and my bed was in a corner where I could not see the TV properly. Staff were overall very helpful and friendly however upon arriving the person who checked me who was also very pleasant but seemed very unaware of any of my questions about Melbourne. I asked if there were any leaflets I could read and he replied to "google it". I later found a whole wall next to reception with brochures and leaflets. He also directed me to level 1 and my room was actually on level 2 when I looked at the key cards. During my stay I asked for a new hairdryer as my one in the room was overheating with fire sparks. I had to ask 3 times before I got the new hair dryer. Overall I would come back here but would try for a nicer room with a better view and natural light

We found the location perfect for our needs, the room and facilities were better than expected. And a nice surprise to come back to a serviced room, which doesn’t happen much nowadays. We will definitely book to stay again as we are regular visitors to Melbourne.
