In the middle of my stay went to take a shower and no hot water. Called front desk and theu proceeded to tell me "Oh yes we had to cut the yhe hot water off for service" There was no warning or head up when I checked in.

Honeymoon Sour after 6 hour drive
For starters we arrived around a little after 11pm after driving 6 hours and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk multiple times but kept getting the answering service. The next morning the housekeeper changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom. The shower was dirty and so was the glass. The mirror hadn’t been cleaned it had greasy elements on it. There was hair everywhere! We tried to make the best of it. I will not stay at this facility again.

Disappointed
The propert itself was fine. Our problem was we had an employee just walk into our room. He said he was doing a final inspection but we had been in the room for a while. Made us very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without even staying the night.
