As always the staff make the biggest impact. They were wonderful! From the check in to the concierge staff to the people that ran the breakfast, all great! The room was clean and spacious (we had a suite). I was surprised at how quiet it was even with a room overlooking the street. The location was also fabulous. Close to the Zocalo. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, breakfast has a lot of variety, was greeted always by the staff, specially Selene in the morning breakfast. Thank you for making us to feel like home.

The location is the best of all the hotels listed. Very good breakfast including hot food different daily. Unfortunately, they gave us a suite as booked but it smelled musty and they gave one on a different floor which was fine. The couches in the picture are tired but otherwise a very good hotel.

I like this hotel and it is the fourth time I have stayed there. It is in the Centro Histórico of Mexico City near everything you might want to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can find fancier hotels, but this one is serviceable for the turista. Also it is well guarded for security.

This is a hotel that is very close to the historic center and the sites tourists want to visit. The staff is helpful and always available. Breakfast changes every day, but could be a little warmer, especially the hot water. We stayed a week and we didn’t get bored with the food. Each room gets two free bottles of water every day. Every section of the hotel is cleaned frequently. Even though the sofa was a little worn and the desk chair was too short, I could tell the staff cared about the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Good location and walkability. Two good restaurants on the bottom floor, very handy. Would recommend.
