Summary:
This beautifully renovated Art Deco Apartment in the heart of mid-beach is located between the Faena Hotel and LIV, in a 1950s building. Location is everything -Stay one block from the ocean and Collins Avenue. The tastefully designed and spacious studio apartment will make you feel right at home and has a walk-in closet, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen-size bed, and proper dining area. Keypad door for easy self-entry and checkout. Street parking only.

The Space:
The apartment is fully renovated and features a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all you'd need to cook a meal during your stay, a dining area, a large shower, ample closet space, a work desk, Netflix, and high-speed internet. We also include beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are provided for your use at the beach, which is located one block away.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary high-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps), and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method, and booking prior to receiving your check-in instructions. Once you pass the screening process, your booking will be confirmed.

I stayed at the property for Labor Day weekend with the last-minute booking a host for a very communicative with me. they were quick and responding the property looks exactly like the picture I’d give it a A1 plus for the cleanest the newness and the convenience of the location. The only kind that I have is it’s on the street of construction which the owners have no control over second thing is I would recommend painting the front door to make the outside appearance look as beautiful as the inside but besides that I thought it was a great place!!!
