Needs some work.
Great location, comfortable room, clean, however, they are in a transition and restaurants and staff are not on the same page. No coffee machine in the room and you have to go to the next building for coffee or tea. Not the best Kimpton hotel and we are members.

One of the best dog friendly hotels we’ve ever been to. They have upgraded our room and gave my husband a birthday package (wine, chocolate, and jam) along with a personalized card. They were always quick in responding and very polite and professional. Location was great for us, as we purposely did not want to be on the Ocean Drive, to have more quiet sleep with our dig, however it was very conveniently located only 10 min to the beach or so. My only comment would be on the maintenance for the pool which happened during the last 3 sunny days of our stay when the main rooftop pool was closed. We could still use the main level pool but I personally did not like the main level pool as much.
