Spacious 1BR 1 bath with open floor plan for living room/kitchen/dinning.
Our unit is newly renovated, and offers free Wifi, new appliances, and microwave. Fresh linens and towels provided, as well as extra located in closet with iron/ironing board.
Bedroom has Queen bed with memory foam mattress topper, desk, blackout curtains, and each room has an Amazon Fire smart Tv w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps.
A small patio is located off of living area, where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle.
Not only is parking right outside of unit, but laundry is located oustide front door just a few steps away.
Within walking distance or short drive are several shopping options, and restaurants.
We offer contactless check in and checkout, and keyless entry (door code provided after booking). We are available if needed.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed in unit, violating this will result in an additional $200 charge.

Great stay for a quick visit!
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment complex is older and a little rough looking. But the unit was updated with new floors, fixtures, paint, etc. Reasonably priced for a quick 1 night trip. Supplies provided were sufficient. Very clean, smelt good but not too overwhelming when we walked in, and the bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!
We came in for a single night stay and I definitely think it was better than a hotel, especially for the price! The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
