We stayed as a family for an event and it was better than I could've hoped for! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and inviting and the staff was extra kind. The breakfast was actually tasty and the fireplaces outside really made it feel like a relaxing vacation instead of the functional reason we were in the area. Even the workout area was wonderful. All in all, next time we are back in the area we would absolutely stay here again!

Maybe it was just bad luck in our room but when we arrived it was so warm in the room and we couldn’t get the temperature adjusted so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work so we got ready the next morning in the dark with some sunlight peaking through.

I booked with parking already included as part of the package. The hotel charged parking again without letting me know when I checked out. and refused to provide the refund immediately when I found out and called them again. Very disappointed service.
