I have a question about the check in. I was charged $25 that is separate charge on my checking acct.. When he asked for my card I got impression he was going to charge me for an update which I asked for corner room and did not get. The room was left in the same condition as we walked in. Great staff as always!
Great check-in as usual! Thanks Reggie (sp?). Looked like someone put ketchup (that's what I'm going with, anyway) from one end of curtains to the other. Otherwise, clean, quiet stay. My go-to hotel when here.

Nice stay in Wauwautosa!
We had a comfortable stay at Sonesta Milwaukee West. It was easy to park near the entrance, check in was quick and our room was pleasant and clean. The only disappointment was that the hotel told us upon arrival that they do not serve breakfast on weekends. This was different than what was explained during our online reservation and confirmation. Otherwise, I'd recommend Sonesta to others!

Breakfast was not included which the Expedia app listed as one of the amenities. We were not told this until after booking a non refundable room. Also, we had to request a refrigerator and there was no microwave in any of the rooms.
