We experienced discomfort for the entire 2 nights stay at the hotel. AC/Heater ran so loud at night. It blew the air directly to where we lay in the bed cause allergies to my son. Location is great, walking distance to the mall of America. Staff are nice and friendly. No housekeeping during the stay. Toiletries were not refilled. Trash were not picked up. Paying for the parking lot.

Just a pleasant one night stay with wife for a short romantic getaway. Pleasant staff, very clean and quiet room. Dinner at Hazelwood restaurant next door that was delicious. Perfect stay

Clean but parking was poor
Parking ramp was scary as female traveling alone as there were guys blocking the stairway smoking pot. Not impressive considering we were paying 12 per night and had no choice but to park there. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the 15 dollars. Food was cold. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Modern and attractive.
