Our air conditioner didn’t work and we had the front desk come up and look but couldn’t figure anything out. They said they would get us a fan but we never heard back from them. It was humid, uncomfortable, and we could hear everything so we didn’t sleep well.

We loved the location of the hotel, but the room itself had three issues. The beds were old and sagging, there was a persistent smoke-like odor in the room, and, the toilet sometimes did not flush and often the water continued to run after flushing.

Great hotel!
Very nice hotel and staff is excellent! Love Magz - she’s the best!! The hotel is affordable and convenient to many hot spots. Love being able to use the skyway to get around, especially as it was raining during our stay. We will be back!

i didnt think i would like the parking, but it was great. parking ramp an an insideskyway directlybto the hitel. dud not seem like it was "offsite" at all. Housekeeping is ever other day, and although i asked for it, i guess that wasnt an option, could have used more towels. there are a lot of homeless in the area so key is required for entrance, however using the parkingbfacility insulates from encounters. Felt very safe.

It was very convenient location for us ….as we were attending baseball and basketball games during our stay. The accommodations were also very nice. The person at the front desk was going above and beyond for the gentleman ahead of us at check in and offered him like 8 bottles of water and asked if there was anything at all he could do for him like 20 times and then when it was our turn he never asked us if we wanted anything and no water offered at all. I’m guessing it was someone important so no big deal I guess. He could have been a little more professional though
