Like majority of hotels these days, disgusting and full of crud. Breakfast is back to being on point though!!

Poor quality room and service.
Room was definitely not the cleanist I have encountered. Bedding had stains on it as well as the walls. Requested a room upgrade and late checkout and the staff never replied to the request that was made multiple days before check in date. Seen the hotel had good ratings but failed to see how they achieved those ratings
