The hotel messed up my reservation twice but the staff was EXTREMELY rude and impatient and didn't listen to me or want to help. I asked to speak to the manager but they shrugged it off saying "I don't know when they'll be here." Besides the front desk staff, other staff I encountered too were rude. The only welcoming people were the valet employees out front. There was very loud noise from one of the rooms next to mine until 5am and either the staff didn't do anything about it, or they asked them to be quiet but then didn't check on them. The trains near the hotel are super loud too. My sleep was so disturbed. The room was dirty, including the mini fridge. It wasn't cooling and made my containers moldy. Half the outlets in the room didn't work and the phone didn't work either so I was unable to call for room service. There was a large hole in the window and the carpet surrounding it was moist and moldy!!! The ONLY redeeming quality is that the room was big and the bed was comfortable. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Almost perfect
The hotel was amazing they even upgraded our room due to an issue with the checkin. For some reason the hotel had my reservation as cancelled. Not sure where the mixup was, I have never had an issue using the app before.

Mostly good
The beds were very comfortable. The majority of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although weird, I didn't like the very flimsy toilet paper.
