The room wasn’t cleaned at all. Popcorn and change was left lying around. Dirt in the covers, white stains on the blanket. They offered us a different room but in the other room their was hair everywhere on the pillows and dead bug in the sheets.

It smelled like an ashtray. It look and felt dirty. I could hear the neighbors. The complimentry breakfast was toast, cereal and drinks. The cereal had a sick looking colour, the orange juice was brown, the coffee was cold and the only options for spreads on the toast was peanut butter and butter. Half the security guard for my door was missing. I had to put the heater full blast to stay warm as cold winter air was coming in from the front door.

Told the pool was closed early for cleaning, and when it was reopened for us, it was not clean. Floor in our room was filthy. Random guests yelling and fighting in the hallway at 230am. We did not feel safe. Breakfast was the bare minimum. We will not be back. night.

Although the beds were comfortable and seemed clean, the overall impression was disheveled. The pool area was not cleaned well. The breakfast was toast and peanut butter or fruit loops, basically.

Checked in & checked right back out & headed to the Rodd...was dirty, noisy w/ music & then we weren't able to get a refund...but, it was worth checking out of that filth!
