I was not happy with this stay….at all!! Very disappointing. When making reservations I asked for extra towels and wash clothes to be ready…they weren’t. It took an hour to get keys to the room because only the supervisor hands out keys, AND it was Easter so you would think more staff would be on deck for quicker accommodation. We asked for floor mats for the bathroom, didn’t receive them until the last day. We went to the room, shower was dirty and glass door was not wiped down. Had to go back downstairs after already waiting an hour for keys and wait for ANOTHER room. The next room was okay, I guess. The food and drinks were NOT GOOD! I don’t know what kind of liquor they used, but yuck! You had to eat food in dining room area and not allowed to eat your plate in your room. Also we had to ask for towels daily and the fact that they charges us $158 for room and tax and I booked all inclusive! Also the property wasn’t like it showed on the pictures and the fact that people on this property were not accommodating it was my birthday and from the time I stepped into the resort I was displeased. They ran out of certain liquor didn’t get my bob marley drink or anything! I will never ever stay here again and it gave me my first impression of Jamaica horrible not likely to return!!

If this is all you can budget then still go, but if you can swing any more then pick another place. The BEACH was .... I am going to say great we had a storm move in on day one and 2 so it was a mess no fault of the hotel of course. they worked amazing on day 3 to clean up the beach. it's a small beach area and small swim area I was not use to that. unfortunately, due to the storm I was not there long enough to get any good snorkeling the waters just didn't calm the bottom of the sea bed enough to see anything Durning my 5 days. ROOMS; The view from the room was fantastic, I loved that I could spend the day in my room (storm) and still a great ocean view and see all that was happening on the resort as all the room look over the ocean and resort. rooms were clean they put a few drinks in your fridge. beds felt hard when you sat on them, but they were not bad for sleeping, I was quite surprised. Is this a 5-star room? NO but I knew that going in, yes there was chipped tile, yes every nook and Kranny of the shower had black grout from tons of use, I am not that picky I care if its clean and it felt clean just worn. no big deal to me. HOWEVER LOL we had no hot water the whole 5 days we were there. the remote for the tv was missing batteries we had to ask twice to get batteries and then found that no matter what button you pushed on remote it only turned tv on and off. The room has no coffee maker and try to get coffee at this place early .......LOL yeah rig

The property is in good condition. The location is the best, but … the staff are uninterested in their service jobs, but I understood it more when I witnessed a kitchen manager physically grab a staff member by the collar of their uniform, when he informed her the orange juice dispenser needed to be filled. One day we had no bottled water on the property until 3pm from the evening before. They ran out of beer at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. Food was good, but scarce. I believe there is a HUGE management problem, here. We had to beg for toilet paper. It’s sad, because like I said the location and all around set up of this resort is fantastic. I just wish someone else owned it.

Everything about an All Inclusive resort is nice at RD Cornwall. Clean, there is constant cleaning. Selection of foods for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as the multiple places to enjoy the food and drinks. The second floor custom caffeine spot with Antoinette was awesome. Our vacation was comfy and enjoyable especially the outdoor games and karaoke in the lobby There are a few things I would recommend being aware of, the wifi is not exactly great. It was constantly one and off at various parts of the property. Forget the beach area, that's a mostly dead zone. They need to get a better wifi net throughout the entire property. Beware of the lesser used Beach area, there are plenty of biting sand insects who used me as a buffet meal. Ever experienced this in the two previous visits to Jamaica at different places. You will itch if they get you. Make sure to pack some antihistamines, vinegar and baking soda to help ease the itch. Had my itching for three days. Use the populated beach area. Less chance of bites. the wifi issue is the only controllable issues we had there, so, I would say this place is a solid 9/10 We would book here again.
