Our room was very clean. The water was hot. Staff was always helpful: easy & fast check-in, received more towels when I asked, my keurig did not work, I was brought another one, forgot my key in the room was given another one. We did not use the pool. I did check it out. It seemed very nice and clean. The water was lukewarm so I think it was heated. There is an outdoor area by the pool and my daughter felt it was too cold to go swimming. Only complaint-my last night was Saturday and the motel was packed. There are not enough parking spaces in the main lot. There are many more on the side lot. I had to park there Saturday night. It really was not that inconenient. One night of my stay there was an incident. I slept through it. My daughter relayed the story to me. Management dealt with the matter swiftly. I really liked staying here. It was super convenient for me. It was 3 miles from an important event I needed to be at on Thursday. It is super close to Fisherman's Wharf & Cannery Row. Oh, our mattress sagged a little on one side. Provided liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There is not a hair dryer or iron (if that is important to you). Also in room: Two mirrors, frig, microwave, coffee machine. Close by is vending, ice machine, & filtered water (both hot & cold).
