Beware of bait and switch
Here's the bad and it starts with truth in property description. After our use of this unit, the folllowing is still listed in the description: Other Things to Note: WE WILL PROVIDE YOU OUR FREE PARKING WHICH IS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET. A review from 2023 also indicated that parking was provided and listed as an amenity. I inquired about this twice before arrival with no response until 24 hours left, on my 3rd request for an answer, I received the message that we are on our own with parking. Parking in the area is not easy because every street is different and there is always some time that you cannot park, so at minimum, you have to move your car twice everyday and then pay for parking via the Montreal Park app. For our spaces we paid every 2 hrs. It was inconvenient but we got by and hoping that at the very least, this will no longer be listed as an amenity so that the listing is truthful. If they still list this, they are lying. Questions about trash handling was sent 3 times and the host never responded on our question. The shades does not stayed down but we used weights and other window latches to keep it down. This is a busy area and on a busy street. You are required to walk to floor 3 If you are still interested, here are the good: - Close to snowdon metro station -lots of dining options, convenience store and market across the street -common space is large -wifi is super fast -in unit laundry is a plus and there was detergent and dryer sheets

Lots of Potential but Needs Work
We spent 6 nights at this suite and appreciated its cleanliness, location, and internet. There was no parking provided, which was not as advertised. A window in the largest bedroom didn't close properly, so the street noise made it impossible to sleep in that room. The kitchen had great appliances and a nice variety of pots and pans but not enough dishes and cutlery so we washed dishes many times every day. The hot water didn't work for much of our stay because of difficulty getting an electrician on the weekend, and that was a huge inconvenience and communication about what the owners were doing to solve the issue was not good. I'm hoping that the owners act on my many suggestions for improvements (they say they are already working on them), because this suite has great potential to be a lovely place to spend a holiday.

Grand Prix Weekend 2023
This STR was very well described in the listing. The host communicated throughout our stay. Very easy access to the Metro Station, grocery shopping, and a wonderful bagel shop just down the street. We didn’t try any of the restaurants in the area so I can’t comment on them. Overall excellent!

Great for a short weekend in Montreal
We had a group of 5 friends come up from Boston for a two-night weekend trip. The place overall was great and host super communicative. The check-in was slightly delayed as the parking pass wasn’t located where we expected it to be but the host was quick in communicating with us and the parking lot itself ended up being very convenient to get in and out of. The flat itself was perfect! 3 bedrooms, pretty private, clean, not too loud at night, well-functioning shower & kitchen appliances. Cozy living room to hang out in and comfortable furniture. Only downsides were that The TV had trouble connecting and staying connected, and though the neighborhood was conveniently located to many food options and public transportation, it was a decent Uber away from any late-night spots.
