In short, I booked at 3 pm for that night. it was confirmed. I arrived at 9 pm and they said that the hotel was fully booked. Period. I showed the reservation and they didn t care. Since the Film Fest of Morelia was on, had to drive over night 4 hours to Guadalajara.

Muy bonito lugar. No tiene servicio de restaurante, sólo desayunos; no hay recepción las 24hrs., Nos cambiaron la chapa de la puerta, no da comprobante de pago, (ticket o nota). No nos dieron la habitación como decía en la página: dos camas matrimoniales y una individual...en la habitación, ruido de un hidroneumático las 24 hrs

El trato excelente, la comida deliciosa, tal ves, lo único que pudiera solicitar es un poco más de limpieza en la alberca del hotel. En general excelente.
