Was very clean and update. Staff was friendly. Beds are extremely firm and pillows are not super great. Sheets are soft and comfortable. We didnt get notified the pool was closed for maintenance for 2 weeks so was pretty disappointed with that as we would of booked elsewhere. Good stay other than that. They were bringing in all new mini fridges the morning we checked out.

We specifically chose this hotel and pd more so that we could use pool and hot tub. And when we arrived at hotel there was a very small note that stated the pool and hot tub were down. If we wouldn't have happened to see that, we would have been stuck all weekend, and pd extra for the place. We talked to the night clerk and asked if we could get a discount and they said no. So I went out to car and found another hotel 2 doors down that was cheaper and had the stuff we wanted. When I came back in from car and asked for my money back, the same clerk that had just checked us in, (and watched us go back out to car) was rude and stated that once I entered my room I couldn't get my money back.. I had to ask for manager to come and verify that we had never went to our room. I'd call ahead before going to make sure pool is working if that's important to you cuz it won't be listed
