I tried to cancel this reservation for 2 days. I knew I was traveling home one day early and did not need the hotel. No one available at Expedia and the hotel would do nothing outside of expedia. I even stopped at the hotel personally on my way out.....NEVER AGAIN

Best Novotel I have stayed in. Liked the organic coffee and for the low impact recyclable razor and toothbrush I had to request for my unplanned overnight stay (thanks KLM..) Lovely quiet and comfortable room
