Please overhaul this place
This hotel is in need of updating. Our room was not very clean and bathroom was awful. We did not want to get into the shower. The shower floor was moldy and coming apart. Our room overlooked the trash dumpster. There were so many people smoking outside the front doors we had to hold our breath !

Due to a mishap with our condo through VRBO we needed a room fast. This hotel had a room available and the view was beautiful. Room was clean. Only slight negative was that refrigerator wasn't very cold.

Nice Place
Nice hotel with a great view of the marina. The dock is right out back. I enjoyed walking on the dock and looking at the boats. There’s also a nice sitting area. Front desk lady was super nice. Hotel could use a little TLC, but it wasn’t too bad. Pretty clean too.

The Hampton Inn Georgetown Marina is located in a lovely waterfront spot, but it’s obviously an older property that needs some serious renovation and redecoration. Our two-room suite was poorly furnished, and what furniture there was appeared to have been brought in from various other places. It was “tired” and would benefit from a complete redo.

Excellent staff makes a difference
The young lady at the front desk was exceptional, despite being very busy with a full hotel. Very courteous and very professional. The hotel's public spaces are lovely, especially the sitting area along the water.
