This was my first time in SC. And wow. All i can say this trip was for my bday and i had the most amazing time. Check in was fast (i do recommend doing the pre check in , make it alot easier ) we eneded gettibg an extra day for a trip. And that only took about 5 mins. We are already planning a trip in june

What I didn't like is the fact that our reservations were canceled. I made reservations with Travelocity and when we arrived I was informed that the resort had canceled our reservations because we arrived after midnight. This was due to rain and three traffic accidents that backed up the interstate traffic for and hour each. It just so happened that there was a room available. When I checked out I was told that Our reservations should not have been canceled. The desk clerk messed up. The resort should have given me my money back.

Parking garage is opposite side of this property across a busy road. Guest needs to park the car in multi level garage and then walk, painfully drag their luggage’s painfully across a busy road into the property. This is highly inconvenient and I am terribly disappointed, shame on you Expedia and this property management by not telling their customers about this terrible parking situation upfront before they make their decision on booking this hotel. Also this hotel is Nikel and dining on everything, want a room on higher floors extra $20, extra towel $3, checking out late after 11am no problem $20 per extra hour. Worst hotel, never staying here again. Same on you Expedia.
