The caravelle management should be ashamed. This place is filthy and very run down.

Outdated Property
Stay was good. Property wasn’t “bad” nor was it “good” The important stuff like cleanliness was satisfactory. Reserved room type was incorrect, not sure of that was property’s fault or hotels.com but it was rectified without hassle. 2 lbs attempt at correct room put us in a room with a detached stove that had a notice “not working”. 3rd room attempt was fine but the door frame appeared someone in history attempted to kick down the door and was moving with made the secondary security device very frightening. Property served the purpose I needed it to but is definitely outdated and in need of repairs.
