I love the onsite garden that I was able to walk around. The room was spacious and many amenities. The bathroom had some mildew in the shower wall and ceiling door.

Clean, comfortable, full of amenities. Not walkable to other establishments but that was not an issue for us as we stayed here on a short overnight layover. Family mart open 24/7 inside the hotel was very convenient. Wish we had more time to try the restaurants.

There is no AC, like at all, the units don’t work, expect to be warm the entire stay. The windows do open though so that helps cool it off at night. Otherwise the only other complaint I have is that the pool does not open until 3pm… that’s an oddly late opening time. Food was very expensive and limited options nearby, expect to eat out or have a hefty food allowance. Like everywhere I went in Japan it is clean and a delightful place. The hotel offers not only shuttles to and from the airport, but also near downtown Narita where you can stroll along and shop at all kinds of cute stores and lots of food options, as well as the shuttle stops by a mall. Makes for a convenient place near the airport to stay!

The hotel is very nice, they have a very convenient free shuttle connecting it to the airport in 20 mins and to Narita which is a very nice town and a beautiful temple absolutely worth visiting. We had a very good fixed menu dinner at the restaurant on top floor, great value for quality and quantity.

Nice hotel located minutes away from Narita airport. Shuttle buses were always on time and the staff was very friendly. Definitely stay here again.
