I accidentally booked a smoking room, which is my fault. But they didn’t have any non-smoking rooms left. So there was a definite smoke smell in the room and hallway. Also, the walls are thin so lots of noise gets through. And the bed was as hard as a rock; I may as well have been sleeping on the ground. But the lobby area was very nice, and the free breakfast was quite good. They also had a free shuttle service to Narita that was quite good. Overall I think I got what I paid for, so I’m satisfied. But if you want someplace nicer this might not be your choice.
