The room was clean, lots of safety measures, but lots of small irritants - switch for lamp on a power cord under the desk, socket that didn't work next to the bed, faucet that sprayed water all over, heating and cooling difficult to figure out. I don't know why large hotels don't have instruction books. Not everything is self evident. The hotel was less expensive than others in the area but I wouldn't stay there again. The entrance wasn't clear with no parking for check-in and you had to park before check-in. Luggage carts were in some unknown place and getting my stuff to the room from the parking garage was a real pain.

Our room was so noisy with interstate noise. TVs didn’t work for 2 days, our phone never worked and they never came to fix it after I had them write up a ticket. Bar staff wouldn’t serve my husband and nephew who wanted a plate. The best part was the dining room staff. They were sooo nice!

I enjoyed my stay there! Although getting in and out of their parking garage is bit of a hassle for large SUVs and pickup trucks. Turns are bit tight.
