The tv Internet/connection was quite spotty throughout our stay. Additionally, the phone connection to the concierge was less than desirable in relation to the concierge being able to hear us. It took five calls for someone to be able to hear us yet we could hear . We also had an issue with only having washcloths for one day the second day there were no washcloths. Other than that staff was very helpful, very responsive, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to be welcoming. We were extremely happy with the accommodations with the room the friendliness of everyone we came in contact with, and the hotel overall..

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The only con I dont like that the toliet and shower isn't divided. So the bathroom floor stays wet from the shower and I ended falling in the bathroom cause the floor was wet.
