The position of the hotel, overlooking the Mississippi, couldn't be bettered and we saw a lovely sunset. The hotel bar looks good but seemed a half hearted effort, and the policy of serving drinks in plastic 'glasses' seemed bizarre. Breakfast was also odd, with rationing appearing to be a priority.

Terrible Check-In process. The room reservation was changed without prior notice. Was told by the front desk that the hotel was overbooked which is why the reservation was changed, and they were unwilling to make any accommodations. However, it would have been helpful to have been informed of any changes before getting to the room.
