The staff was able to get me and extended family 5 rooms on the same floor, and they gave us keys just in time for a lovely sunset. The people at the front desk were so friendly on the phone and in person. We also enjoyed their evening of karaoke downstairs at their bar.

The bed covers has large stains on them. The AC didn't work, using the fan only made the room stuffy and increased the temperature even more . The were no towels at all, had to ask for them

Easy to check in and out, Nice clean room with the light’s already on , Coming in, Excellent view of the bay. Though I didn’t ask, Would have been nice to get some sort of receipt or any kind of paperwork of the transaction. Other than that, Everything was good.
