Our blow up mattress was stolin from the beach Rooms wore dirty liquor not refills in time. Food sucked as always ....only one night we had lobster....or shrimp the fruits wore terrable and i had none in 9 days all sour green watermallon shame no mango the country full of fruits and none was avalable ..all sour shame shame. Eggs come on get a leson going on how preper over easy eggs or eggs benedicts that wa sueved a lot just not one was done properly all over cooked. Not to mention the choise was the same for 9 days of my stay .. nothing special ay all i been here 4 times ONLY ONLY FOR yOUr BEACH and the people who serve on the beach the pool bar is discuscuating drink made fast and cheap. Had to walk to upstairs bar to get a disent drink ... brekfast aksed for cafe jamaica intresting that no one knew how to make it lol only upstair capuccino place. Down stairs i aske for capuchino and guess what the wpmen servera told me the capucchino mashine is rigtht over there. What so i had to get my own coffee 3 times couse the ladies servers wore not in the good mood .. she was also tude at the coffe upstair and told me to leave and come back in a min couse she was not open at 959 am so ladies not happy about their jobs and its writen all over their face. Used to be more security on the beach. Now locals who sell are allowed to walk up to people and harres to buy..specifically children who selld candy

Property is great. Modern and super clean. Most of the staff are awesome. Food at buffet also good. However, the food and the service staff at the A La Carte restaurants are sub-par. Can’t believe they are worst than those at the buffet. That said, this is still a great resort.

I could honestly say that I had a great time at this resort. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complant is you could not make dinner reservations It was always booked every night. I must say this resort had the best beach.❤
