My husband and I stay at many hotels throughout the year and this was one of the worst we’ve stayed at. Usually the reviews are accurate but I do not feel the positive reviews people have left reflect this property. It is located in a more industrial area that is run down, the property itself is old and run down. The walls are very thin and our room smelled nasty. The curtains in it smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though this is a smoke free property…the curtains are old from old smoking days is my guess. The room itself smelled like nasty old food and stinky carpet. I’m okay with older facilities if they are clean but this whole property needs a scrubbing and remodeling. It was just gross. We didn’t have time to even complain and try to find another property because we only had six hours before needing to get up and catch our plane. Left before the breakfast was served so have no idea how that is but I would be concerned to eat anything set out at this hotel. Front desk people when we got in and when we left (different people) were not welcoming or friendly.

Should've known this place was going to be bad when I first walked in and a guest was complaining about his room and the front desk clerk had a disinterested attitude. Had been driving for 10 hours so I just wanted to rest so I checked in anyway. There was paper on the floor, hair in the shower, and the lock didn't work. Got to breakfast at 7am and all the food was gone. Breakfast didn't end until 10 and yet no one even attempted to restock the food. Will never go back.

We had traveled for 30 hours to get here and then had to wait for nearly 2 hours for the shuttle to get us to the hotel. Apparently he had some van troubles, so I get it, but it was bad timing for us. When we got here there were few toiletries other than soap The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful and we highly recommend her but I didn't catch her name.

Nice Stay.
I had a good stay here. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with check in and check out. Our room did not have soap so when I went down to ask for some, the man at the desk quickly got me some. Breakfast was standard but good. Waffles, breakfast sausage, eggs, English muffins, cereal, etc. The room was nice as well. The only thing that I had issues with, which was not in the hotel's control, was the smell of weed in the hallways and elevator. Also, I was awoken on my second night at 3:15 AM to people chasing each other in hall and slamming the stairway door. For a quick, two night stay, this place was good!

The whole third floor and elevator reeked of marajuana. The water in the shower never got hot and the water pressure just trickled out. I killed 3 bugs upon entering my room
